Why Teenager Have to Exercise

 More and more, kids in their teenage years are spending all of their time indoors, neglecting to get outside and exercise. This can have serious health consequences not only during adolescence, but throughout life. This calls attention to the need for high-quality physical education programs in schools and colleges, and it also puts parents encourage teenager to exercise. Parents need to play an active role in fostering a healthy lifestyle for the whole family.

a) Chronic disease.
As we’ve all heard by now, childhood obesity, which is a direct result of lack of exercise, is a serious problem throughout the world, and it affects teenagers as much as kids of any other age. Along with obesity comes a heightened risk of various illnesses, including:
- Cardiovascular problems
- Hypertension
- Insulin resistance
- Liver inflammation
- Obstructive sleep apnea
b) Weaker immune system
-lack exercise influence become more prone to sickness and infections because of a weakened immune system. This can lead to missed school days, inattentiveness in class and an overall lack of energy when dealing with his day-today tasks.
c) Risk of suffering from ailment of muscle, joint and bones
-Regular exercise prevents osteoporosis and lessens the chance of a bone breaking.
-Regular exercise is necessary to support muscle development, which allows you to perform daily activities with efficiency and ease. Individuals who do not exercise are at risk of suffering from ailments of the muscles, joints and bones.
- Furthermore, exercise helps enhance energy levels and decrease feelings of fatigue throughout the day
2. Overweight
a) Faced weight based discrimination from their peer
b) Lead to antisocial behavior
In addition to these physical problems, kids who are overweight often face weight-based discrimination and stigmatization from their peers, which can lead to delayed social development, depression, low-self esteem, and other mental illnesses, all of which can last well into adulthood if the problem is not treated early.
c) Lead problem to respiratory system
Obesity puts a strain on the respiratory system and can be harmful to the heart. Daily activities can be draining and less enjoyable if your child is carrying too much weight. Ultimately, it can lead to antisocial behavior and an even greater inclination to avoid exercise altogether 
3. Poor self image
a) Self esteem greatly lowered
Exercise helps individuals stay in shape and maintain weight, while promoting self-confidence. Positive self-image plays an important role in overall happiness and quality of life. Individuals with a positive self-image and high self-esteem are likely to be optimistic; they reach their goals and self-actualize, 
b) Increased laziness
c) Make feel physically adequate even if not obese
Self image affects posture, eye contact and how people generally carry themselves and how they are ultimately received by their peers. A lack of exercise fosters laziness and can make your child feel physically inadequate, even if he is not obese. A low self esteem affects how a child interacts with his peers

d) Leads to misconception from others
Society places a higher value on those who are thin and attractive. Common misconceptions develop based on a person's appearance. Athletic children are considered healthy and attractive, and as a result, smarter as well. Obese children on the other hand are burdened with the misconception that they are lazy and slow physically and mentally.
4. Mood
a) Easily become very tired
When you don't exercise, you can become very tired. Yes of course exercising can wear you out but it won't make you tired like not exercising. When you don't get any physical activity you can become tired since you aren't moving around very much.
b) Can’t keep a good sense of concentration
c) Not able to deal with concentration and stress better
Exercising can help you keep a good sense of concentration and you'll be able to deal with stress better. If you don't exercise, you're body can become very worn out since you aren't having exercise teaching you how to control your anxiety levels. 
Exercise distracts and relaxes you for a while because in your exercise, you are discharging many feelings and incommodities, such as stress. Many people feel that after exercising, all the problems and pressures of their lifestyle disappear or at least are forgotten for a while. While exercising problems of our lives can be solved because you are calm and relaxed, and it is just much easier to think clearly.
