More and more, kids in their teenage years are
spending all of their time indoors, neglecting to get outside and exercise.
This can have serious health consequences not only during adolescence, but
throughout life. This calls attention to the need for high-quality physical
education programs in schools and colleges, and it also puts parents encourage
teenager to exercise. Parents need to play an active role in fostering a
healthy lifestyle for the whole family.

life. Individuals with a positive self-image and high self-esteem are likely to

4. Mood

When you don't
exercise, you can become very tired. Yes of course exercising can wear you out
but it won't make you tired like not exercising. When you don't get any
physical activity you can become tired since you aren't moving around very
much.

Exercising can help
you keep a good sense of concentration and you'll be able to deal with stress
better. If you don't exercise, you're body can become very worn out since you
aren't having exercise teaching you how to control your anxiety levels.
Exercise distracts and
relaxes you for a while because in your exercise, you are discharging many
feelings and incommodities, such as stress. Many people feel that after
exercising, all the problems and pressures of their lifestyle disappear or at
least are forgotten for a while. While exercising problems of our lives can be
solved because you are calm and relaxed, and it is just much easier to think
clearly.
